AbbyDora Design is a graphic design studio that specializes in children’s book design and illustration. Our studio is the conception of Abby Dening, which grew out of her love of books, color, letterforms, and creating visual stories.
Abby studied illustration and graphic design at Rochester Institute of Technology and then received her M.S. in Communication Design at Pratt Institute. For several years, she worked as a book designer at Dutton Children’s Books, an imprint of Penguin Random House, before starting her own studio. She now brings over fifteen years of design experience working in children’s publishing to her clients.
AbbyDora Design offers services in: picture book design, art direction, longer illustrated book and novel interior design, jacket title typography, jacket design, typesetting, and illustration.
